The vision of Sam’s Bistro went in line with respecting the history of the club while also following the update of the gorgeous Commodore Dining Room. After a very successful Fall & Winter hosted in the Commodore Room, the excitement and anticipation of an updated bar area remained in full swing. Collaborative Design envisioned a focal point of the fireplace, which is a “hot” commodity in the wintertime, to replace the center window and draw the crowd’s eye to the center of the room.
