The OLC has been blessed with over a 20% increase in membership for the past twelve months. Thank you to all of the membership that has shared their great experiences with their friends and families. The OLC has been so successful the OLC board has capped membership at 248 members, and we will begin a membership waiting list. The OLC board has done so because of the high standards of service and quality that we hold ourselves to. The OLC is executing a plan to increase our staffing levels to support this incredible increase in membership. Until this plan is fully implemented, we need your help with the following to make sure you have a fantastic experience at your next OLC visit.

Specifically, we need your help with the following:

  • Reservations are ALWAYS required whenever dining.

  • Reservations will only be accepted via phone call or email (reservations@clubolc.com). (And through app – once available.)

  • Parties of 12 or less can be accepted at Dockside, however any party more than that will require a Private Party Reservation with a pre-set menu.

  • On weekends, reservations need to be made a minimum of 60 minutes in advance before arriving at the club, subject to availability. 

  • When making your reservation please note that the time you reserve is the time you are scheduled to be seated at your table. If you would like to cocktail beforehand, we ask that you arrive prior to your set reservation time.

  • For dining on one’s boat a dining reservation is still required and should follow the same protocol as those dining on the pier or inside Dockside.

  • To ensure that all members can enjoy our beautiful dock and cuisine, we ask that parties of 6 or less limit their time to 90 minutes and parties of more than 6 to 2 hours when dining on the pier.

  • For special dining locations (Great Hall, Library or Terrace) we request a weeks’ notice to allow for proper staffing, and a Private Room fee will apply.

  • Bar “dining” will not be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. 

  • To-Go orders for Friday evenings must be called in by 5:30 PM and picked up by 6:15 PM.

  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes and then passed along to any waiting party. (Unless a phone call has been made for a later arrangement.

  • ALL reciprocal dining requests must be made through management, should you want to dine at another club.

  • All non-member guest payments will need to be approved by the hosting member before staff can accept. 

  • Boat launching will only be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please always call the club before arriving, as special events may prevent launching.
