Can't make it to the club to dine, we've got you covered! This week we are offering Curbside Dinner specials for Pick-up Thursday, Friday & Saturday. These dinner will come refrigerated for you to take home and heat up when you are ready to eat. Please place your orders for any of these items before 5:30 pm Wednesday.

 

Dockside menu will be available for hot & ready to-go food as well.

Any orders placed for 5:00 pm pick up or later can be picked up at Dockside.

OPTION 1

 

AHI TUNA TACOS

 Ahi Tuna (seared rare) with radish-cilantro slaw, wasabi aioli, flour tortilla (3 tacos per person)

 

GREENS SALAD

honey-lime dressing, radishes, corn, tomatoes, crunchy tortilla strips

 

CHEESECAKE

with salted caramel sauce

 

Price: $25

Tacos may be eaten at room temperature, or tuna may be warmed on the stovetop or a 350-degree oven for 6-8 minutes.

OPTION 2
 

$10 TAKE & BAKE LARGE PIZZA (16”)
with sauce and cheese
 

$2 for each additional topping:
Pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, meatballs, olives, peppers, red onion, artichoke, mushrooms, ricotta, goat cheese.  

Pizza Baking Instructions: Keep pizza frozen until placed in the oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza on rack and bake for 15-17 minutes or until cooked to your preference.

GRILLED RUSHING

WATERS RAINBOW TROUT

stuffed with citrus and fresh herbs. Served with wild rice and seasonal vegetable

 

MIXED GREENS SALAD

croutons, tomato, carrot, creamy French dressing

 

SUMMER BERRY CRISP

brown sugar crumble and crème fraiche

 

Price: $29

Bake trout entrée, covered, in 350-degree oven for 15-17 minutes or until warmed through. Add crisp topping to the berry dessert and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes; topping will be golden brown, and filling will be bubbly. Top with crème fraiche.

bacon-whiskey sauce, marble potatoes,

seasonal vegetables

INDIVIDUAL KEY LIME PIES 

Price: $32

Bake entrée covered in a 350-degree oven for 15-17 minutes
or until warmed through.
